10,000 Steps and Counting

Hey yall, I know it is a little late, but I have some great news I wanted to share.

Since starting this weight loss journey, I have had one goal I wanted to achieve. I didn’t think it was possible to do it in six weeks, but yall, I did it.

drumroll, please

I walked 10,000 steps today. I did it yall, and I want to say it was hard, but I did it. It took me three workout sessions of 30 minutes each, and with hard work, I did it.

Come and dance with me. This is a dancing moment!

You have no idea how long I wanted to get to 10,000 steps. I can’t stop saying it… I walked 10,000 steps today, and I’m not tired. That means I’m doing something right. I’m not going to keep tooting my own horn, I’m just so happy, and I feel really good about myself, and I want you to feel good, too. If I can do it, I know for a fact you can.
