Sauteed Carrots

This is my all-time favorite veggie recipe. It’s easy, a versatile side dish to goes with any meal and is cost efficient. I buy 3 bags at a time and have this side dish almost at every meal. I love baking, sautéing, and just eating carrots. I have an easy recipe below that will add some beautiful color to your dinner table.

  • 6 carrots
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


  • Add 2 Tablespoons of olive oil to a heated pan. Turn to medium high for a brown crust, and medium low for a sauteed appeal. Add your diced carrots and seasonings. Stir occasionally. For rustic carrots, let cook for 4 minutes before stirring.


Optional Seasonings: cumin, oregano, Italian seasoning, brown sugar, turmeric, cilantro
