In a large pot, brown your ground beef, bell pepper, and onions.I do not drain my oil from the beef. I use 93/7 percent beef, which doesn't make a lot of oil. Please drain your beef if you need to!
Once the beef is brown, add all your other ingredients to the pot and add your dry noodles. Stir and cover. Let simmer for 10 minutes, and stir. Don't let the noodles stick.
