Hey yall, how are you doing, and what have you been doing since the last time we talked? I got so much to tell yall.

So the last time we talked, I told you that I had to get the girls registered for school. So much has happened in such a short amount of time. Put your seatbelt on for me.
Monday – I won’t lie, I was lazy Monday, but I did it. I got up, and by 12:00 pm, I had both girls registered and ready for school. Yes, I did!! I even ordered their lunch totes for school. Natlie got a little sick, so I was on nurse duty giving Tender Loving Care.
Tuesday – Mackenzie had a dentist appointment at 10:00 am. She was having tooth pain, and I had to get her in there. Needless to say, she has cavities.
Go Ahead And Fuss. I already beat myself up about it. I should have taken her sooner. I should have practiced better oral care. I know this, but go ahead and let me have it. I feel guilty, and the added criticism may do me justice.

Wednesday/ Yesterday – Mackenzie got two baby teeth pulled, and she got three fillings. We got there at 7:06 am for a 7:30 appointment. I like to get to places early, I don’t know why. Mackenzie was a little nervous, but she got back there and handled it like a warrior.
Unfortunately, there wasn’t a place for me to sit, so I had to go back to the waiting room. Madison came with us, she was all emotional after I told her what would happen. Less than 45 minutes later, Phatty (Mackenzie) came out, and we were headed home.
I went to the grocery store and got her some ice cream and Children’s Motrin (doctor orders). Soon as I got her home, I gave her the medicine so when the numbing medicine wore off, she would be ok. She was outside playing by 3:00 pm.
She has no swelling, and I have her on soft foods like yogurt, mashed potatoes, ice cream…
Next Wednesday we have to go back to the dentist, yeap! She is getting more teeth pulled. I think one, but I don’t know because I thought she was only getting one pulled yesterday, and she came out looking like a jack ‘o lantern; only on one side, and it’s the molars.
The dentist explained it would be more feasible to pull the baby teeth than fill them since the adult teeth are coming in anyway. It’s not as great as letting nature take its course, but overall it will be more beneficial for Phatty.
Ok yall, you know I had to tell you what’s been going on. I will talk to you sooner than later. Mommy duty calls and just been really busy. Big Hugs and Warm Smiles Always!
