DIY Fall Scents for Stovetops

Fall is the time of year when I think of apple cider on a hot stove, or baked apple pies fresh out the oven. You can feel it in the breeze as you walk outside, and you can smell the lovely fall aromas in the air.

When I think of fall aromas, these simple household ingredients come to mind.

DIY Fall Scents for Stove Tops

Fall is the time of year when I think of apple cider on a hot stove, or baked apple pies fresh out the oven. You can feel it in the breeze as you walk outside, and you can smell the lovely fall aromas in the air.

When I think of fall aromas, these simple household ingredients come to mind. All you need is a pot of water and a stove set to medium low. Keep your eye on the water level every so often. I use a BIG SOUP pot for mine, so I don’t have to run back to the stove too often.

You DO NOT need to have all these on hand. Take your time and experiment with the different herbs and see what concoction you come up with.

As you clean your house for the holidays or want to get into the holiday spirit, I have a few holiday aromas that will bring you into the spirit and have your house smelling like a winter oasis in no time.

Remember to add water ever hour or so. Don’t let the herbs burn.
