
Easy Seafood Boil
This is a quick go to when you want the seafood boil experience but without the hassle of a list of elaborate ingredients. Trust me this is fail proof with plenty of flavor.
Ingredients
- 3 can of beer any flavor I use Coors
- Any seafood of your choice
- Whole garlic
- Whole onion
- 3 bay leaves
- Zatarain’s Crab and Shrimp boil concentrate
- 2 cups of water
- 6 ears of corn
- 6 yellow potatoes or red potatoes
Instructions
- Bring beer and water to a boil
- Add the whole onion, whole garlic, bay leaves, and a 1/2 teaspoon of the Crab and Shrimp Boil Concentrate.
- Add potatoes and corn to pot, reduce heat to medium high. Cook for 15 minutes. (Optional if you have sausages, boil them with the potatoes and corn)
- Add your seafood. Crab, mussels, crawfish, shrimp, clams, and continue to boil for 20-25 minutes

Kosher salt You can also whip up a quick sauce using 2 sticks of melted butter
1 Tablespoon Lemon pepper
1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
1 Tablespoon of Old Bay Melt butter on the stove, add seasonings and in 5 minutes the sauce is ready. Enjoy!
