This is my all-time favorite veggie recipe. It’s easy, a versatile side dish to go with any meal, and it is cost-efficient. I buy three bags at a time and have this side dish almost every meal. I love baking, sautéing, and just eating carrots. I have an easy recipe below that will add beautiful color to your dinner table.
- 6 carrots
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Add 2 Tablespoons of olive oil to a heated pan. Turn to medium high for a brown crust, and medium low for a sauteed appeal. Add your diced carrots and seasonings. Stir occasionally. For rustic carrots, let cook for 4 minutes before stirring.
